Suspect stricture
Endoscopy
• Biopsy if concerning
• Confirm narrowing
Treatment: Serial dilation
<p>• Dilation – usually requires multiple sessions (~3), done gradually to reduce risk of perforation</p><p>• Can stent if refractory</p>
