  1. Duodenal/Gastric Ulceration after Pancreas SBRT
    • Months–years after SBRT
      • Epigastric pain / melena / anemia / nausea
        • Suspect ulceration
          • EGD
            • Diagnose • Treat bleeding if present
            • Bleeding only
          • Medical therapy
            • PPI (daily or BID) • Sucralfate
            • Consider stent
